At just 17 years old, Geddy Trezak sings, writes his own lyrics and music, and plays guitar, bass, percussion, and  piano. Trezak appeals to younger musicians and fans who have their own dreams of going viral on Youtube, but he  will also entice a broader demographic with his influences stemming from the Beatles, ‘60s British Invasion Rock, Green Day, and the Smithereens.

His parents Kevin and Amy Trezak named him after Rush’s bass guitar player Geddy Lee. Coincidentally, Geddy Trezak developed his own unique finger-picking technique similar to Lee’s  Flamenco style because he broke his thumb riding a bike when he was 11.

Geddy has written about 50 songs and routinely performs about 20  songs when playing solo or with the Geddy Trezak Band.  He has been writing and performing since November 2019,  including his first single “Just a Dream,”‘ which he co-produced with Ryan Bentley. www.RegionRadio.live picked up on Trezak’s first single, and it has been getting regular requests and rotation since January 2020. Trezak played a live version of his second single “Miss Moonlight Lover” for legendary radio personality and music journalist Tom Lounges as a guest on his Midwest Beat Show through Lakeshore Public Radio on Oct. 20, 2020.

The Covid-19 pandemic also inspired Trezak to write and record a song about surviving quarantine and timely political events. Email geddylee432@gmail.com to book Trezak for a special event or to purchase a custom-made song.

Musical Influences

I come from a long line of musicians.

My grandma, dad, uncles, cousins, and now a lot of our friends

appreciate music, so we spend a lot of time playing.
